The Primary Market consists of the venue, box office, or website that originally creates and releases tickets for sale.
Our website is part of the Secondary Market, meaning professional sellers are able to list tickets for sale on our site that they originally purchased elsewhere. We do not own or generate tickets, we simply facilitate transactions between you, the customer, and the individual who listed their tickets for sale.
The secondary market is a Live Market, and inventory is constantly changing because tickets are continuously being bought and sold. This is also why ticket prices may fluctuate above or below the original retail price that the venue listed on the tickets and why all orders are requests until the seller confirms they still have the tickets available.
