The delivery driver will typically make three attempts to deliver the package. If no one is present to sign for it during any of those attempts, the package will be held for pickup at a nearby facility for 3-5 days. In order to pick up your tickets, you will need to provide your photo ID and the tracking number that is associated with your package. If the package has not been picked up in that time frame, then it will be sent back to us and additional reshipment charges may apply.
If you would like to request that your package is held at a particular location or rerouted to an alternative address, please contact us and we will submit the request on your behalf. Please note, any changes made after a package has shipped may cause delivery delays.
